JOB DESCRIPTION

1.- According to the annual business management plan issued by the board of directors, decompose the annual indicators, be responsible for good communication with the board of directors, and ensure the smooth implementation of various business plans of the company.

2.- Authorize each director and the general manager of each branch to organize the implementation of the business plan to ensure that the annual business indicators are fully met.

3.- Organize the formulation of medium and long-term development strategies and the company's business objectives, and make timely adjustments according to changes in the internal and external environment.

4.- Responsible for calling the general management meeting, listening to the work reports of the leaders of the different departments and the general manager of the branch.

5.- Responsible for organizing and formulating various work plans of the company, holding relevant meetings or issuing relevant documents, and organizing the implementation of plans.

6.- Responsible for the appointment, training, management and evaluation of senior management staff.

7.- Establish and maintain good relations with relevant government departments, important customers, media organizations, etc., attend important public relations activities of the company and deal with major external relations issues of the company.

8.- Organize the formulation of various rules and regulations of the company, make timely adjustments according to the actual situation, and implement the various rules and regulations of the company in time.
